  • "I ended up in town for a couple days for work and just so happened to be staying in the hotel across the street from the dealership. I walked in to take a look at the Indians, as I don't have a convenient dealer near my home. The staff here is amazing! Although I did not make any purchase, or need parts, or service, I was still treated as though I was a valued customer. I spent about an hour talking to 2 of the salesman, (Bill and "Red Beard" (I completely missed catching his name), and all things motorcycles. I am a current Harley Iron rider and wanted to see how an Indian felt. These guys allowed me to browse around with no pressure and answered every single question I had for them about the bikes. They had me sit on a few different bikes to see how they felt so I could really get a feel for the bike. Despite not being a local they still took the time to invite me out to the upcoming local events as well as your Annual Hope Rally. I was really impressed by everyone in the dealership. Everyone spoke so highly of the owner, Rey, and how well he takes care of his customers. If I end up being in the market, I will definitely be getting back in touch with the guys here at Indian Motorcycle of Hollister. It may be a 12 hour drive, but the way these guys handled their customers, is worth the trip!

    I just wanted to say thank you to these guys for taking time out of their day to just talk with me, even though it was obvious I wasn't in the Market to buy right now.   • "I wanted to take time to share my experience with Hollister Powersports and specifically your salesman, Harry Aced.
    I made the decision to purchase a 2020 Can Am Renegade 1000 XXC. In the ATV world, this is one of the top of the line type ATV’s and comes with a hefty price tag also. Like any consumer, I researched many dealerships throughout the United States, including my local one, Clawson Motorsports (Fresno, Ca.). Based on researching the internet, I quickly found out many dealerships did not have this ATV in stock. There were a few dealerships that had it in stock, including Hollister Powersports. I called and was greeted by salesman, Harry Aced. I explained what I wanted to purchase and the issues I found via my research on-line. Harry listened to my story and said, “Let me give you my rock bottom price and let’s get you this ATV”. Though I had not talked to any other dealerships, I found his quote to be very fair based on what I saw on-line. Of course, it would be foolish for me as a consumer to not at least call the other dealerships and get quotes.
    Harry said before we hung up that I remember him and the quote that he gave me and the fact that he and Hollister Powersports gave me the first fair quote and that should mean something to me. I told him that I believe in that concept and he would get my business if it was genuinely the fairest quote.
    Long story short, I contacted dealerships all over the United States. I also got the “buddy discount quote” at Clawson Honda since I’ve been dealing with them for 30 years. In the end, no one could touch Harry’s quote. Either dealerships had the ATV in stock but was more expensive or they did not have it in stock, but could order it and they were still more expensive that what Harry quoted me.
    I called Harry back and we made the deal over the phone. It was easy and painless and the ATV was delivered to my garage for a very reasonable fee. The delivery driver, Matt O’Neal, was friendly and professional and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. He even drove the ATV right into my garage.
    My experience with Hollister Powersports was amazing and you have me as a customer for life. Thanks again to Harry and Matt for their help. They are a great asset to your company."

Also a quick thank you to Victor who PDI'd my sons new Black 2012 CBR250 last night and handed us the keys not 2 hours after it came off of the truck from Socal. We must have been to approx a dozen dealerships from Socal to Norcal, we are from Visalia...a 3 hour drive away. On our way home from searching dealers in the Bay Area, we decided to stop by Hollister Honda and to be honest, we were pretty burnt out and did not think for one second we would be buying a bike, not to mention one from a dealer in Hollister, 3 hours away from us. We walked in and Steph asked us if she could help us, I told her that we were looking for a Black Honda CBR250 and that we had been to several dealers and would buy from the dealer who could give us the best OTD price and financing options...without even haggling the price, or even showing them the prices the other dealers had quoted us...they came back with the BEST OTD deal we could have asked for. It was several hundred lower than the nearest bid we had from Gilroy. To say the least, within 30 minutes Neal was on the horn finding out when the next Black CBR was due in...we picked it up last night 8/7/12. The bike is awesome, the deal was awesome and the experience was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but when I feel one is needed, one is completed. I am sure Hollister Honda gets it's fair share of positive ticks...so just add mine in there as well...I will surely be driving back when I am ready to purchase a Victory Vision...thanks Neal, Steph and Victor....my son has worked extremely hard to earn this bike and we could not have asked for a better buying experience!   • "A couple of months ago, my brother in law and I decided to start looking at the new Goldwing motorcycles. After numerous hours on the internet, and total indifference experienced at three local dealerships, we decided to make the 150 mile drive to Hollister Honda. John and Fred set us up with test rides on the demo bikes and we were very impressed. After obtaining some pricing information, we promptly drove to another dealership in the Bay area that had Goldwings in stock also. On our drive back home we both decided to go back to Hollister Honda to purchase two new wings. This was due to the level of customer service we had received there. We totally enjoyed our entire sales experience from start to finish. We were given very personalized attention from both John and Fred in deciding what model GL1800's we wanted and setting them up with the accessories we needed. The day for picking up the bikes arrived and the final checkout was flawless. All accessories installed just right, no issues whatsoever with the bikes, even a full tank of fuel for the ride home. Even the staff members we dealt with at the parts counter and sales that were not directly involved with the deal on our motorcycles were super nice and very helpful. If you like dealing with guys that know Goldwings, ride the machines themselves, and take a genuine interest in their customers, this is the place to go. This is my third Goldwing motorcycle. If I ever need to buy another, it will be from John and Fred. Thanks again to you and your staff for a super buying experience!"

  • "I currently own a 2008 Gold Wing, which as most know is a pretty sophisticated piece of machinery. Finding someone knowledgeable to work on one is not that easy, however, a few months back I took my Wing into Hollister Honda for some minor service and a new tire. All I can say is that I won't ever need to look anywhere else for Excellent Service! I have been in several times now and each and every time is a pleasure! Alan in Service is incredible! Recently I needed a couple of minor things looked at under warranty. Not only did Joe, an outstanding Tech!, find the problem quickly, but then Alan did everything possible to try and get the replacement parts needed. Alan was even willing to go to another dealership on his off time so that the repair could be made quickly!! Wow! Fred, please extend my appreciation and respect for your staff! They are fantastic!!!"

  • "I brought my 2002 Goldwing to your service department to have them look at a warranty issue that the bike has had for some time. I had been given the run-around by other delaers and told it was "normal". after your service manager rode th bike, he confirmed that it did have a problem and went to work. It took many phone calls and emails to Honda but with his persistance he got the answer he needed. It cost me nothing! I have been back several times for parts or to pick up a brochure. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!"
